Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At GSSDA, we are committed to making your purchase experience as seamless and worry-free as possible. We understand that there may be times when a purchase may not meet your expectations or your needs might change. When that happens, we try to make completing a return or exchange simple and convenient.

Most items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original or unused condition. You can enjoy free return or exchange at most GSSDA events. Before returning an item please contact a GSSDA Officer for instructions.

As a general rule, all ticket (ribbon) sales are final and non-refundable. If you purchased your ticket (ribbon) well in advance and find that due to unexpected circumstances beyond your control, you will be unable to attend the event, please contact a GSSDA Officer. Please remember, the ticket (ribbon) itself does not guarantee admission to the event. A person's name must also be on the guest list at the Registration Desk, and everyone must check in upon arriving at the event.

Timeframe


​Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date of merchandise, or if event tickets, more than 15 days before the event.

Condition of Returns

 

​Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

​

Eligible Items

 

All clothing and accessories are eligible for return, except for items marked as "final sale" or items that are customized or made-to-order.

Return Shipping

​

​​Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customer can save shipping cost by returning item to the GSSDA Store at the next GSSDA event.

​

Refund Options

 

​You can choose a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size or style, or a store credit for future purchases.

​

Processing Time

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-14 business days.
